At times I wonder what I've gotten myself into. Signing up for a triathlon as the clock approaches middle age and the body has been abused for far too long is somewhat of a crazy idea. But, I will give it a tri!
My training has been fairly basic for the last several weeks. Weights once a week - spinning twice a week, elliptical trainer twice a week and short swims one to two times per week. Trying to establish a base level of fitness, before plunging in deeper!!
